Our individual products (AssessIQ, ScopeSense, IntelWatch, AutomateEdge, DhanRadar and FluxPoint) run on their own websites and have their own privacy policies; this page covers only foxfiber.in.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the Contact or Start a Project forms, or email us, we receive what you type: typically your name, email address, the product or service you are asking about and your message or project brief.
- Technical information. Like almost every website, our servers and our content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) record standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used for security, to keep the site available and to diagnose problems.
- Cookies. foxfiber.in sets only the functional cookies WordPress and Cloudflare need to operate (for example, to remember a form submission or to distinguish humans from bots). We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this site. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
You do not need an account to use foxfiber.in, and we do not collect payment details here.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo, prepare a proposal or quote, and follow up on it.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations where an enquiry turns into a contract.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your enquiry to send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
We share information only with the service providers that make the site and our email work, and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (content delivery and security), our hosting provider (the server the site runs on), and Google Workspace (the mailbox that receives form submissions and email). Each of them processes data under its own contractual and security commitments. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and project briefs are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and, if they lead to work together, for the life of that relationship plus the period Indian law requires us to retain business records. Server and security logs are kept for a short, rolling period. If you want an enquiry deleted earlier, ask us.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable law, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance. Write to [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject line. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
foxfiber.in is a business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
